Our Setting

We have a purpose built outdoor cabin specifically designed for children under 5 years old.  It gives us more space to learn and grow as well as having direct access to the outdoor area. The Playhouse promotes a natural environment with a homely feel.

Natalie Wile

Ofsted Registered Childminder
Hello! I’m Natalie, I am a Ofsted Registered Childminder and have worked in childcare for over 19 years gaining fabulous experience along the way.

No day is the same here and I enjoy nothing more than welcoming new families and being part of their childrens lives by helping them to learn and grow.
In our setting we ensure that we provide a secure, family-feel  where parents/carers can feel relaxed and confident in the knowledge that your child is being cared for by dedicated staff in a safe and happy environment

Paul Wile

Ofsted Registered Childminder
Hi I'm Paul. I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder and I have worked in childcare for over 10 years.

I enjoy taking the children out into the natural environment to not only help them learn and grow but to encourage them to build confidence and independence.

I provide all of the children in our care with  nutritious and balanced meals and snacks throughout the day and ensure they are cared for in a home from home environment

Rebecca Allchurch (aka Beka)

Ofsted Registered Childminding Assistant
Hi, I'm Rebecca but everyone calls me Beka. I am a Ofsted Registered Childminding assistant here at Natalies.

I have been in childcare for over 8 years, have early years and education qualifications as well as a wealth of knowledge gained through experience of working in the childcare sector and continued training.

The children are all cared for here in a safe and happy environment and I am happy to be part of the team that is here to help your children to learn and grow in an outstanding environment.

Teaching is consistently very strong. The childminder meticulously plans activities that enthuse children and provide highly appropriate challenges. This helps her to support all children extremely well to build on what they already know and can do. They make rapid progress in their learning.

Leadership is inspirational. The childminder has extremely high expectations of her assistant and also works closely with her co-minder. The arrangements for support and supervision are very robust. This helps to maintain and enhance the quality of teaching across the whole setting.
